Menu Highlight: Loaded Tots and Gin Daisy
The unlikely duo for someone who wants a little bit of everything. Crispy loaded tots topped with shredded cheddar, pico de gallo, and sour cream, with the option to add bacon (if you’re doing things right). Pair them with our Gin Daisy, a bright and refreshing mix of gin, lemon, house-made strawberry syrup, orange liqueur, and soda water that tastes like New York finally warming up again.

Little Histories, Profiles and Untold Stories from the Restaurant Industry.
After years in the restaurant industry Sam Barron began interviewing the people who make it happen. Not just chefs and owners, but the people behind the scenes who keep restaurants running.
Mas Tacos started out as a food truck and a dream. This is Sam’s reflection of his time with the founder, Teresa Mason.
MAS TACOS
Teresa has been blow torching a briar of four-foot-tall weeds. Dressed in tan Carhart overalls, thin strips of tank top, bare-shouldered and auburn hair blazing in the sun, she looks like a metal worker having just gone on a rampage. But when she approaches the low iron fence of her front yard, suddenly dainty Southern salutations pour from her lips like bird song.
She’s vital, vivacious and slightly devilish, so when our mutual friend goes to the back of his 4Runner to make space for her to sit, she jumps in the driver’s seat, looks at me and winks. Then she stomps on the clutch and makes grumblings with the engine like she might drive off without him or maybe put it in reverse and knock him with the rear fender just for laughs.
